5. Copyright & Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed, copyright for the final deliverables transfers to the client after full payment. RCG Creative retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, assets, logos, text, and approvals required to complete the project. Delays in providing materials may affect delivery timelines.
7. Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and may vary depending on project complexity, revision requests, and client response times.
8. Website Content
All content, graphics, videos, designs, and branding displayed on this website are the property of RCG Creative or are used with permission. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
